£1.2m Contract Award for West Yorkshire HGV Park

Bethell have been successful in winning a £1.2m project for the construction of a HGV and staff vehicle parking facility at Expect Distribution’s HQ in Bradford adjacent to the M606.

The 24 week contract involves responsibility for the design and construction of 4,500m2 of lorry trailer parking space and 2,000m2 of staff car parking space.

Ancillary works include drainage, fencing, access barriers, lighting and CCTV.

Works are scheduled to commence in June.
