Bethell donate to Christies

Unfortunately, cancer had a very personal effect on Bethell staff during 2013 following the death of one of our long-serving colleagues after a long, brave battle to overcome this illness and, sadly, one of our Senior Managers also lost his wife to the disease in 2013.

Their losses were deeply felt throughout the Company so the Directors sought a worthwhile cause to make a donation in their memory. We heard that a local charitable organisation, “Irish Abroad” , were struggling to find funds to complete their sponsorship of a new treatment suite at Christie Hospital’s new Young Oncology Unit (YOU), the Directors we unanimous in their decision to donate £5,000 to help Christie achieve their target.
