Bethell’s newly re-established Utility Services gains momentum having secured £2 Million worth of orders in the last few months. The larger orders are predominantly with the national house builders namely Taylor Wimpey, Bellway, Redrow and David Wilson Homes. We have also secured a number of schemes for social housing and shared ownership with Kier Living, Keepmoat and Seddon.
Due to the increase in successful orders we now employ six full time staff members and four full time, fully accredited Multi Utility gangs who work on awarded schemes in and around the North West. The number of tender enquiries are also on the increase with repeat business and with new clients coming on board.
The future order book and prospects look very encouraging for the remainder of this year and into 2017. As our portfolio of works continues to grow and our success is recognised, our vision is to be the leading independent connections provider!
On Friday, at the Construction Apprenticeship Awards, Bethell was honoured to take home the Construction Apprenticeship Medium/Large Employer of the Year award, a testimony to our commitment to growing our own talent and investing in apprenticeships.
