We’d like to give a massive congratulations to Victoria Derbyshire who’s recently been appointed as a member of the Board of Trustees at the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI).
The CQI are a chartered body of experts who work to improve product, project and service quality, as well as setting professional standards for quality management within the UK and globally.
The CQI have been a part of my journey since I was 17 years old, and I would not be where I am today if it wasn’t for their support and network. It means a great deal to me that I can now support the CQI in delivering its strategy and building an even stronger future for my profession. I hope to bring diverse experience to the board and I feel incredibly priveleged to be a part of the CQI’s journey.

As a chartered member of the CQI, Victoria had previously been awarded the Emerging Talent Award at CQI’s International Quality Awards of 2019 for her work as an apprentice inspiring others in the field.
As our appointed Quality and Assurance Manager, Victoria ensures quality is always maintained throughout the business and that we continue to deliver improvements throughout all of our processes.
