LC08 Halewood, Greengates Primary School

Phase 1 works consisted of the following:

• Construction of reinforced concrete caps and ground beams
• Construction of reinforced concrete ground floor slab, including sub base, insulation DPM and associated drainage/service ducting
• Construction of site access road up to and including binder course, works included kerbing, capping,subbase,ducting, drainage, asphalt
• Construction of site footpaths and playgrounds up to and including binder course, works included edging kerbs, subbase, drainage and asphalt
• Construction of an amphitheatre
• Site drainage including installation of a petrol interceptor and attenuation tank
• Creation of a new 278 entrance

Phase 2 consisted of the following:

• Reconfiguration of an existing car park including widening of entrance road, construction of a new exit road, and construction of 12 new paved disabled bays
• Wearing course placement to primary school access road, playgrounds and Footpaths
• PCC paving placement to school entrance
• Installation of LV ducting system
• Erection of cctv and street lighting columns
• Lining works to access road and playgrounds
• Installation of Aco drains to playgrounds and access road
