Warwick Road South

The Warwick Road South development in Stretford delivers 83 apartments across three residential blocks.

Bethell Utility Services was responsible for the design and build of the HV electricity and water infrastructure serving the scheme. Throughout the project, the team worked closely with Trafford Council, United Utilities and TfGM to coordinate the works and keep the programme on track.

As part of the project, Bethell delivered a new HV substation housed within a GRP enclosure provided by the developer, alongside the electrical infrastructure required to supply all three apartment blocks. Power was distributed through three main switch distribution boards (MSDBs) located within the communal areas of the buildings.

The completed infrastructure now provides the essential electricity and water connections needed to support all 83 apartments across the development.
