Bethell is pleased to share that the Considerate Constructors Scheme (“CCS”) has rated our Hoyles Lane Major Capital Project scheme as Excellent in all 3 categories, awarding us full marks in every category!
Our Major Capital Delivery scheme in Hoyles Lane is the second to receive an Excellent audit score, following the successful audit of our Bury Major Capital Delivery scheme in February this year.

Commenting on the successful results of the audit, Senior HSQE Manager Martin Burke said: “Achieving a perfect score in a site’s first CCS audit is a rare event but is made possible due to the efforts of all of our Bethell site team at Hoyles Lane, who continue to show due respect and consideration for members of the public in everything we do.”

The auditors had nothing but the highest feedback to share, noting that public areas were kept clean and tidy, the site was well organised, Bethell established excellent communication links with stakeholders and shared praise for our volunteers at Lea Endowed School.
The Considerate Constructors Scheme is an independently run organisation which supports and guides positive change in the construction industry. By registering with CCS, Bethell is committed to conforming to their Code of Considerate Practice.
As a result of our perfect score, our scheme will enter the shortlist for CCS’ annual national Leading Lights Awards and receive a Certificate of Performance.
