Bethell Construction is pleased to announce our newest senior leadership appointment, welcoming Chris Cayton as Operations Director!
Chris brings over 30 years of experience leading complex civil engineering and construction programmes across the UK, previously leading Murphy’s Transportation Business Unit. During his career, he worked in the rail, highways, infrastructure, aviation, transport, nuclear and tunnelling sectors, developing a wealth of industry expertise.
Chris previously spent an 8-year tenure at Bethell, from 2004 to 2012, as Contracts Manager and later as Operations Director. In his new role, Chris will strengthen our operational capabilities and play a key role in driving our future strategy as we work towards achieving our ambitious goal of exceeding £100m+ in turnover. It was our pleasure to welcome Chris back to the team as part of the next chapter in Bethell’s transformation!
By complementing our current operational structure, Chris will drive further effort in increasing process compliance, project control and lean efficiencies.
