Bethell as a business can now ensure that our people have access to structured learning and professional development support whilst working towards professional qualifications. As a result, our trainees can now be enrolled on ICE training agreements and mentored through the process by Bethell as they develop and learn.
Trainees Kieran Mills, Mo Uddin, Mason Evans and Abdul Hussain will form our first cohort at Bethell to undergo ICE training, where they will benefit from a structured training programme and support from mentors across the business.
Internally, Framework Director Alison Owen will be acting as a Supervising Civil Engineer (SCE), alongside Delegated Engineer (DE) Mike O’Connor; whom will mentor the trainees during their training journey.
It is in our industry’s best interest to ensure that the next generation of Engineers and Project Managers are given the benefit of the wealth of experience within the business, therefore we are encouraging our colleagues to help our next generation of engineering talent achieve their full potential!
