Work Safe Home Safe
All our employees have attended half-day workshops designed to embed this initiative on-site and ensure health and safety is always put first. To maintain this ethos, regular briefings are held each year to discuss best practices, with attendance being mandatory for every employee.
Similar briefings are organised for our Supply Chain Partners to ensure the safety message is communicated at every level.
Our workforce is our greatest asset and our excellent safety record is a testament to our employees who have embraced the ‘WORK SAFE – HOME SAFE’ programme through participation in safety forums, becoming Safety Representatives and enthusiastic hazard reporting.
