New Group Business Development Manager(BDM) Appointment
Further to the successful continued development and expansion of the Bethell Group, we very pleased to announce a new external appointment – Philip Sayle who will joined us on 3rd November 2021. Phil joins us with over 25 years experience in the property industry with senior positions at Norweb Connections, United Utilities, Eric Wright group and more recently at AEW Architects.
Initially Phil will be concentrating on the Commercial/Industrial and Retail sectors within our current operating areas (North West, Yorkshire and North Midlands). From the outset he will be promoting our unique selling point as a multi-disciplined contractor providing an integrated underground and above ground infrastructure services solutions to any new development. Services will include assisting clients build up their costs plans, utility connection feasibility studies, including large asset value credits, route proving, C3 & C4 utility searches, utility diversions, (where required), green energy solutions, design and construction of Section 278 & Section 38 highway access works.
This will drive the Bethell brand forward to become the contractor of choice with developers and their representatives, providing an integrated solution, delivering significant efficiencies and cost savings to meet project budget constraints, operating a “Best for Project” culture.
