We’re excited to announce our apprentice and graduate early careers schemes have now opened for our 2022 intake. At Bethell, we’re always on the lookout for new talent and our programmes are custom-built each year to grow talent for the future.
You’ll have the opportunity to learn on-the-job and work with our experts, who’ll be keen to share their knowledge with you and support your development. Our schemes are specifically designed and structured to set you up for success, as you’ll be guided by a mentor, assessor and your line manager every step of the way.
We pay above the minimum rate and as members of the 5% club we are committed to supporting and investing in early career development.
If you share our passion for the future and want to get a kickstart on your career, get in touch with James Lacey with your CV to discuss further, or visit our careers page.
On Friday, at the Construction Apprenticeship Awards, Bethell was honoured to take home the Construction Apprenticeship Medium/Large Employer of the Year award, a testimony to our commitment to growing our own talent and investing in apprenticeships.
