Read moreUnited Utilities has announced the region’s largest proposed investment in water and wastewater infrastructure for more than a century, selecting 10 mechanical and electrical installation partners to work on its £500m+ minor works framework.
Bethell is proud to announce our appointment to the framework as a mechanical and electrical installation partner, facilitating the delivery of smaller, local schemes including building solutions in support of the company’s Better Rivers programme, improving process treatment facilities, supporting plans for standardisation across the network and installing storm overflow solutions.
Gerry McCoy, Operations Director at United Utilities, said: “We are delighted to have been appointed on a further AMP 8 Framework for our client United Utilities and look forward to working collaboratively with them to ensure successful project delivery.”

The North West-based water company has now appointed 72 partners to its frameworks as it gears up for its ambitious 2025-2030 business plans.
