Following the award of new contracts and expansion into Yorkshire we are looking for a Surfacing Manager to compliment and take control of our existing highways and surfacing teams.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing the day to day running of machine and hand-lay surfacing gangs, driving compliance against NHSS Sector 16 records and management systems. The role will also include regular stakeholder management and clear site controls ensuring appropriate house keeping and site coordination.
Duties will also include management of relevant sub-contractors and liaison with clients both prior to, throughout and after completion of the works, ensuring a high standard of service and quality end product.
Applicants must have highways reconstruction experience, preferably in a streetworks environment, SSSTS or SMSTS and relevant CSCS accreditation. NRSWA accreditation would also be advantageous.
