Reducing our corporate carbon footprint by minimising carbon emissions at all our sites and head office while encouraging sustainable practices throughout our supply chain.
Engaging local businesses for responsibly-sourced materials and benefitting the communities where we operate.
We support the direct recruitment of locally-based staff under equal opportunity conditions and fair rates of pay, providing skills through recognised training programmes and a commitment to aid individual development.
Active community involvement by supporting local good causes through sponsorship, charitable donations and community initiatives.
