Bethell become proud members of the 5% club

We are a proud member of The 5% Club, a campaign focused on creating momentum behind the recruitment of apprentices and graduates in the UK workforce.  By joining the club, we have committed to the aim of ensuring that 5% of our workforce are apprentices, graduates or sponsored students on structured programmes within the next five years.

The aim of the campaign is to tackle both the chronic skills shortage and youth unemployment in Britain and help the country remain at the forefront of innovation. It also asks members to publicly report their progress in their Annual Report.
