Emma Walker, Head of People & Development at Bethell, achieved her Chartered CIPD membership following months of hard work and preparation! Showcasing how Bethell continues to “grow our own talent”, as a Chartered member Emma can ensure she is continuing to provide high standards of people and development support at Bethell, access training courses and be a mentor for others who are interested in starting their chartered member journey.
As we worked to continuously develop the skills of our team this year, I took some time to focus on my own professional development. I am pleased to say the hard work has paid off and I am proud to have achieved my Chartered CIPD membership this week.
