Cherry Tree Park Shavington
Works consist of significant off-site works namely a 500m HV cable diversion across the development, and installation of a new substation in order to accommodate and support the infrastructure.
Due to the sensitivity of the development (as a result of its rural location), Bethell liaised very closely with Taylor Wimpey, the local council and the local residents to ensure the substantial Off-site works were constructed without causing unnecessary disruption and delay.
The site commenced November 2016 and is planned to go on for another 6 years. Bethell will be installing gas and water meters to all 275 new dwellings.
