Doncaster & South Yorkshire Memorial Park & Crematorium

Established in 2003, Memoria is the 3^rd largest operator of crematoria and memorial parks in the UK. Their latest crematorium, Doncaster & South Yorkshire Memorial Park & Crematorium, will meet the growing demand of the South Yorkshire community for cremation services.

The client's multi-utility consultant, Vantage Utility Connections, contracted Bethell Utility Services for the design, supply and installation of electric utility connections to the crematorium site. Stakeholder management was key, as the works required a connection to be laid through land belonging to a third party. Bethell was able to meet the project requirements through the usage of local labour and resources, employing one of our Leeds-based Civils teams on site.
