Celebrating a Safety Milestone- 2,000,000 hours Accident Free
We have now reached 2,000,000 accident free hours since the last RIDDOR reportable accident from a Bethell site.
This is a massive achievement for us as a company who have worked very hard to change the culture and focus within Bethell with regards to safety matters.
The last reportable accident from one of our active sites was in July 2012. This showing the constant dedication of all our current 170 employees.
We focus on the promotion of behavioural safety and empowering our employees at all levels is the main reason for this achievement. It must also be noted that the really hard work of all our well trained employees in the company who are constantly working in challenging environments.
A huge thank you to all employees at Bethell who, through their commitment on all levels, have achieved this accolade.
A fantastic milestone and one we will celebrate and be proud of!
On Friday, at the Construction Apprenticeship Awards, Bethell was honoured to take home the Construction Apprenticeship Medium/Large Employer of the Year award, a testimony to our commitment to growing our own talent and investing in apprenticeships.
