We’re proud to announce that Emma Walker, Head of People & Development, has been officially certified as a FIR Ambassador for Bethell!
The Fairness, Inclusion and Respect (FIR) programme is an industry-wide initiative that is making workplaces better for everyone, with a network of FIR Ambassadors across the country!
Being part of the FIR Programme allows us to continue to enhance our culture of fairness, inclusion and respect which enables us to attract and retain talent, supporting our operations as Bethell embark on its expansion journey.
My role as a FIR Ambassador has provided me with the opportunity to lead positive change in this area, through challenging behaviours to positively impact workplace culture and engaging with other ambassadors to share best practice across the industry.
