Bethell were proud to announce that the next phase of the expansion has now been fully implemented, with the opening of our new Annex Building on the 17th June. The high-spec Annex Building offers a vibrant and modern space for our expanding Utility Services division, featuring two floors of individual and open office space and a video conference meeting room facility.
In addition to the completion of the new Annex Building, Bethell Group have also formally acquired an additional 5000 sq. feet of office space and 7500 sq. ft of workshop space, adjacent to our existing premises, for our newly formed internal plant and transport business.
Following the completion of Phase 2, we can now progress towards the third and final stage of our investment programme, which is scheduled to be completed by the end of the calendar year, where we will be refurbishing our remaining 7500 sq. feet of office space where our Civils business currently resides.
Tim Kilroe CEO commented that these improvements are all part of our 10-year Development and Expansion Plan.
Bethell is pleased to share that the Considerate Constructors Scheme ("CCS") has rated our Hoyles Lane Major Capital Project scheme as Excellent in all 3 categories, awarding us full marks in every category!
