The health and wellbeing of our staff comes first as we successfully retain the Workplace Wellbeing Charter National Award for England.

We have faced some challenges over the past 11 months, with the impacts of Covid-19 putting a strain on our Health and Wellbeing.

Retaining the Workplace Wellbeing Charter accreditation demonstrates our commitment to proactively championing the health and wellbeing of our people, making us an employer of choice.

Accreditation and award of the Workplace Wellbeing Charter demonstrates Bethell’s commitment to proactively championing health and wellbeing processes, policies, and interventions within the workplace. A growing body of evidence on organisational health and wellbeing illustrates that a proactive focus on employee health can result in a range of organisation benefits – including reduced absenteeism, greater productivity, greater employee engagement and improved staff retention.

Our structured programme for 2021 is already well underway, with suggestions and initiatives welcomed from staff at all levels.

We look forward to working together with our employees to move our campaigns forward and maintain a healthy, happy workforce!
Thank you to everyone for helping us to achieve this!
