Bolton College awards Bethell’s early careers dedication with Certificate of Appreciation!
As a member of the 5% Club, Bethell are committed to providing students with quality apprenticeships and T-Level work experience placements, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to best prepare them for a career in the construction industry.
Bethell is proud to partner with Bolton College, a local education provider, working with them to inspire students with apprenticeship and T-Level programmes, mixing on-the-job learning with in-school study.
To celebrate the ongoing success of our collaboration, Jennifer Walker, Head of Apprenticeships at Bolton College, and Lesley Leigh, Employer Engagement Advisor at Bolton College, presented Bethell with a Certificate of Appreciation, to say thank you for our support in preparing the next generation of talent in construction.
James Lacey, Talent Acquisition Manager at Bethell Group, said: “The award from Bolton College solidifies the relationship we have grown over the last 14 months, and shows that Bethell Group are truly invested in the future of our workforce. By working with Bolton College, we can offer placements with students who can experience every aspect of our day-to-day activities with the opportunity to come back after their T-Level is completed as an apprentice in their chosen field.”
As our sector faces an ongoing skills gap, investing in early careers is critical to ensure that today’s young people are getting the proper experience and training they need to become the construction workers of the future.
We’ll look forward to welcoming our next cohort of T-Level students this year from Bolton College while we’re working with other local colleges with future commitments.
Sustainability is one of our key core values at Bethell, which means that we are always looking to implement new initiatives to reduce our organisation’s carbon emissions, ensuring we work responsibly and safeguard our planet for generations to come.
