Bethell offers a full “turnkey” solution for complex transport projects and provides a specialist service for individual civil engineering packages covering public transport infrastructure.
We work directly with asset owners, regional and international airports, train operators and public transport executives, in addition to providing a seamless delivery service for major UK contractors. Our staff have experience in a range of rail and transport-related projects, providing a wide range of services.
Our Clients
As part of our ongoing strategic partnership with Manchester Airport Group (MAG), Bethell were named as a key contractor for MAG’s £1.3bn Transformation Programme, where we delivered upgrades to both airside and landside infrastructure at the airport.
To assist project delivery, we established an on-site office at the airport as our base of operations.
Bethell delivered over 3.9km of cycle lanes and safer cycling infrastructure in Bolton and Wigan, for the Greater Manchester Bee Network!
As a result of the high quality of the work we delivered for the people of Greater Manchester, our Manchester Road Gateway active travel scheme won a “Highly Commended” award at the 2023 CECA North West Awards Dinner in the Project of the Year category!
